Dang y'all...its been awhile!

You know how life just moves swiftly on by?
That is my life.
One day you are a teenager, next a college student, then a new bride, a young mom, then BAM your oldest is headed to college, your middle child is pushing all the boundaries known to man at 16, and your baby is almost 11. 
You wake up in your 40's and just not sure how on earth you got there. 

That.  Is.  Me.

I blinked and here we are.  How did this happen?

I know how it happened.  We get so ever loving busy in the hustle and bustle of the every day that we forget to pay attention to the years passing.  I have heard it said over the years that "the minutes are long but the days are swift"...gracious.  If that isn't the biggest Truth.  This picture was two summers ago!

The Diva is about to head off to college, the Princess is 16 now, and the Pirate is still my love bug. but he is almost 4'11"!!!

So, I am busy savoring each moment of the Diva's last days at home and planning to do a lot better of being "in the moment" from now on.  One of my favorite quotes...Remember this day ne'er dawns again.  I kinda forgot that recently.  Each day is a gift and if we are not in the moment...we will miss it~
